Windows / Mac / Linux (VLC or NoirIPTV Desktop)
There are two safe ways to watch on a computer: the world-famous, free VLC Media Player, or our own official desktop app, NoirIPTV Desktop. NoirIPTV Desktop offers extras VLC doesn't — search, favorites, recently watched, and AI-powered recommendations. Both methods are explained step by step below — it's up to you which one you use.
Method 1: VLC Media Player
Setup Steps
- 1Tap the 'Download App' button above to go to VLC's official site and download the version for your OS (Windows or macOS).
- 2Run the downloaded installer and install VLC on your computer.
- 3Open VLC and click 'Media' > 'Open Network Stream...' from the top menu.
- 4Paste the M3U+ Link we sent you into the box and click 'Play'.
- 5To see the channel list and switch between channels, press Ctrl+L on Windows or Cmd+L on Mac to open the 'Playlist' panel.
- 6Setup complete! Your channels will start loading within a few seconds.
Tips
- VLC only works with an M3U link (there's no separate username/password login) — if you were only given a username/password/server, contact us for the M3U link.
- A wired (Ethernet) internet connection is recommended for the best experience.
Method 2: NoirIPTV Desktop App (Recommended)
Our own official desktop app, NoirIPTV Desktop, is available for Windows, macOS, and Linux, and offers features VLC doesn't — channel/movie/series search, favorites, recently watched, and AI-powered content recommendations.
Setup Steps
- 1Tap the 'Download NoirIPTV Desktop App' button above to go to the download page and get the version for your OS (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
- 2Run the downloaded file to complete the install (on macOS you may need to right-click the file and choose 'Open' the first time — see the tips below).
- 3Open the app and, on the login screen, enter your server address/username/password under the 'Xtream' tab, or the M3U+ Link we sent you under the 'M3U Link' tab, then tap 'Log In'.
- 4On the home screen, tap the Live TV, Movies, or Series tiles to browse that content.
- 5Once you open a channel or title, use the bottom control bar to play/pause, adjust volume, toggle fullscreen, or open the playlist — use the forward/back arrows to switch channels.
- 6Use Search on the home screen to find channels/movies/series, tap the star icon while watching to add to Favorites, pick up where you left off from Recently Watched, and get personalized picks from AI Recommend.
- 7Use Settings to log out or view your account details.
Tips
- macOS: after unzipping the downloaded file, right-click the app and choose 'Open' — this is required the first time since there's no Apple Developer signature, otherwise you may see an 'unidentified developer' warning.
- If Windows SmartScreen warns you, choose 'More info' > 'Run anyway' to continue — this is a standard warning for any new app that hasn't yet built up broad reputation.
- To check which version you're running, look for the 'Version' line at the bottom of the Settings page.
